PUBLICLY-LEGAL BASES OF STATE AND MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE FREE PROVISION OF LAND PLOTS ON THE TERRITORY OF OMSK REGION

This article describes the implementation issues of providing families with free land plots on the territory of Omsk region. The author analyzes the characteristics of the process of granting land plots, considered the activities of state and municipal employees. On the basis of this study and suggests some ways of improving the provision of large families free plots of land in the territory of Omsk region.
