THE IMPACT OF INSURANCE ON INCREASING THE FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES (ON THE EXAMPLE OF ‘FRIENDSHIP’ MELEUZ DISTRICT REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN)
