Abstract
This paper is a systematic analysis of bioinformatics base research and education for developing countries. This gives an overview of current bioinformatics education in Bangladesh, from the perspective of the practitioner. Bioinformatics can help pharmaceutical and biotechnological industry of Bangladesh to keep pace with the world. Equal access of biological data can give wide range of research areas in molecular level within limited resource and provide opportunity to healthcare development as well as personalized medicine. Integrative action on bioinformatics will bring a crucial change on biological research and development in Bangladesh. Some potential steps are shown in this paper that have done by Bangladeshi scientists.
