INNOVATION CLUSTERS: THE SPECIFICITY OF THE ORGANIZATION AND THE IMPORTANCE FOR THE REGIONS

In article definition of the cluster, and considers their distinctive features, special effects, principles of formation and functioning. Examples of clusters on the territory of the Russian Federation, are considered in detail two clusters formed in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district - Yugra.
