Abstract

This article deals with the problems of the impact of conflict behavior of adolescents at a position in the peer group. Knowledge of the age and gender characteristics of these representations is necessary for psycho-correction work with teenagers in different categories.Issues of interpersonal conflict rises in domestic and foreign psychology is often enough. Interpersonal conflict is defined by various authors in different ways, and usually use a General formulation of the notion "conflict". Under interpersonal conflict understand open confrontation interacting agents on the basis of the existing contradictions, acting in the opposite ends inconsistent in a particular situation. Interpersonal conflict is manifested in the interaction between two or more persons. In interpersonal conflicts, the actors confront each other and figure out their relationship directly, face to face. This is one of the most common types of conflicts. They can occur both between colleagues and between the closest people. In interpersonal conflict, each side tends to defend their opinion, to prove the other wrong, people resort to mutual accusations, attacks on each other, verbal abuse and humiliation, etc. This behavior makes the actors of the conflict acute negative emotional experiences that heighten the interaction of participants and provoke them to extreme actions. In conflict situations it becomes difficult to manage their emotions. Many of its members after the resolution of the conflict long experience negative health. Interpersonal conflict reveals the lack of agreement in the current system of interaction between people. They have opposing views, interests, opinions, views on the same issues that at the appropriate stage of the relationship disrupts the normal interaction, when one of the parties begins to purposefully act to the detriment of the other, and that, in turn, is aware that these actions infringe upon its interests, and taking retaliatory action. This situation often leads to conflict as the means to resolve it. Full resolution of the conflict will be implemented in the case where the opposing sides together consciously eliminate the causes that gave rise to it. If the conflict is resolved with the victory of one of the parties, such a state will be temporary, and the conflict is bound in some form will assert itself under the right circumstances. Any resolution of the conflict or its prevention is aimed at preserving the existing system of interpersonal interaction. However, the source of the conflict may be such reasons that lead to the destruction of the existing system of interaction. In this connection, allocate the various functions of conflict: constructive and destructive. In a systemic study of conflicts in these isolated structure and the elements. Elements of interpersonal conflict are: the actors of the conflict, their personal characteristics, goals and motives, the supporters, the cause of the conflict. The structure of the conflict is the relationship between its elements. The conflict is always in development, so its elements and structure are constantly changing. An important issue in socio-psychological study of the problem of conflicts and their nature is to identify their causes. The aim of our study was to identify and explore the specific behavior of adolescents in the conflict. Modern adolescents differ from their peers of previous generations with several socio-psychological characteristics. Among them, the researchers noted increased conflict adolescents (V. N. Azovtzeva, L. I. Vorob'eva, I. P. Andriadi, M. M. Rybakov, etc.), in particular, in interpersonal communication with peers (T. V. Dragunova, V. M. Afonicheva, A. I. Sorokin, etc.). Practice shows that teenagers are not always able to resolve any conflict, and their conflict relations are dominated by destructive tendencies. Objectives of the study: to determine the psychological nature of interpersonal conflict; to consider the characteristics of interpersonal conflict in adolescence;to examine the conflict behavior as a factor in social exclusion, to conduct a study based on behavioral strategies by adolescents in conflict situations from self-assessment.
