Abstract

The article presents the scientific analysis of the problem of pedagogical professionalization of the bachelor of primary education through the development of his creative competence. Considered modern trends of training of bachelors of pedagogical specialties, the regularities, principles, grounded conceptual positions, model, technology and organizational-pedagogical conditions providing efficiency of pedagogical process. Revealed leading trends and principles, conditions and factors, developed technology, implementing the model of continuous pedagogical education in the system (College-University) in the Udmurt Republic, structurally includes four pieces: conceptual, organizational, methodical, diagnostic. They expand and streamline the theoretical-methodological and practical-applied aspects of this problem: complement and enrich the pedagogical theory and methodology professionalisation of bachelors of elementary education, allow you to upgrade used in order diagnostic and methodological tools in accordance with the humanistic essence of modern education.
