Abstract

The text is picked up for conference within "Days of Slavic writing and culture of 2016" according to the subject "Social Protection of the Military Personnel". In it it is told about historically developed social care of military since government of the tsar Alexey Mikhaylovich Romanov. In article will raise the question of a social assistance of the military personnel where important points in the history of contempt of the military personnel, the adopted decrees and resolutions in the period of the middle of XVI - the middle of the 18th centuries are step by step considered. In this article it is noted that all state ranks, are obliged to deduct from the salary on keeping of military of hospitals and hospitals. The care about wounded, injured in the war, rendering to them the help in relief of sufferings, special gratitude for the sacrifice made by them, is traced under many historical acts which are described in the text. Relevance of research of the considered subject, is that on the military personnel of the country, big obligations for preparation for the armed protection of the Russian Federation which is connected with need of implicit performance of objectives for any conditions are assigned, including with risk for life and social guarantees, compensations are necessary part of realization of the state system of social protection of the military personnel in the present. In article all famous historical data on contempt of the military personnel are systematized. Further the text can be used by pupils for the educational purposes and all other people whom this subject interested.
