Abstract

The results of surgical treatment of gall-bladder disease from laparotomy access for acute cholecystitis in 95 and chronic - in 63 patients. Operative access - 8-10 cm. Complications in acutecholecystitis accounted for 8.4%, in chronic - 6.3%. The author considers that the most appropriate access is incision in the right upper quadrant of at least 8-10 cm.
