MOTIVATION OF STAFF EMPLOYMENT: FEATURES AND PRINCIPLES OF FORMATION

The study of theoretical aspects of personnel motivation system in enterprises, found that motivation is an important element of the control function and the personnel management system. The article substantiates that the essence of the process of motivation is to aggregate and interconnection elements such as motive, need, and other incentives. It was revealed that a common approach in the presentation of the principles of the formation of the personnel motivation system is not, it is suggested in the study based on the generated V.M.
