REENGINEERING OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF A COAL MINING ENTERPRISE

In the context of the turbulent changes in business economics, management must develop new tools and methods that improve the efficiency of production and economic activity. The solution to this problem may be based on the practice of re-engineering of business processes, providing their fundamental redesign to achieve dramatic incremental improvements in performance indicators. The article presents the author's vision of business process reengineering coal-mining enterprise.
