Abstract
A midlife crisis is prolonged depressed emotional state, which is associated with awareness of the imagined or genuine missed opportunities and thought about the inevitable onset of old age, often accompanied by revaluation of values. People in this period is to compare their ideas with the rest of life. With that comes the understanding that time on the implementation of the plan is limited. There are many age classifications, which are developed by experts from various fields of human knowledge (for different reasons). For example, according to an ancient Chinese classification of maturity partitioned into 4 periods: from 20 to 30 years old ? the age of marriage; 30 to 40 ? age the performance of public obligations; from 40 to 50, the comprehension of their own mistakes; from 50 to 60 is the last period of his creative life. Pythagoras was comparing age with the seasons, maturity covered the summer periods (20-40) and autumn (40-60).
