OPERATIVE-SEARCH ACTIVITY AND ITS PLACE IN THE SYSTEM OF RUSSIAN LAW

In this article we will discuss the basic concepts and aspects of operational-search activities, location of the activity in the general system of Russia with the current law. In this type of activity, which is carried out privately and publicly operational units of the state authorities, authorized to do so by applicable law, within the limits of their rights with the help of search operations for the protection of health, life, rights and freedoms of a citizen and a person, property, security, state and society from criminal encroachments called operatively-search activity.
