PROBLEMS OF WARRANTY OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND WAYS OF IMPROVING THE LEGISLATION

This article describes the problems of implementation of the public service guarantees and ways of improving legislation, the problem of the establishment of equal conditions of remuneration and comparable indicators for measuring the effectiveness of the results of professional performance.
