Abstract

The article deals with the introduction of competence-based approach in the civil service, and it is pointed out why this approach is necessary, its advantages compared to the competency-based approach, the main content and the way it is being implemented in the state bodies of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra.
