Abstract
In article results of research of features of hardiness of top managers of the organizations of various orientation in the context of uncertainty situations are considered. Distinctions are presented to their interrelation with styles of decision-making to expressivenesses of the general indicators and components of hardiness and tolerance of ambiguity, to situations of uncertainty and the professional self-relation, and also the revealed factors defining expressiveness of hardiness and tolerance of ambiguity at top managers of the organizations are presented.
