This article reveals the theme of cash flow in investment projects. The developers of investment projects, especially beginners, often are confused in the cash flows and discount rates. The problem stems from the fact that in the academic literature is not clearly revealed, what are the cash flows used in the analysis of investment projects and how they are calculated.
