Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of granting employees, engaged in jobs with harmful working conditions, the guarantees based on the analysis of substantive legal framework related to the regulation of labour of this social category. The feasibility of the provision of employees with guarantees for harmful working conditions at the examined enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan is assessed. The proposal on better regulation of labour for employees engaged in jobs with heavy and harmful working conditions is made which is of considerable practical importance for strengthening the applicable substantive legal framework.
