Virilising Adrenocortical carcinoma - A case report and Review of literature

Adrenocortical tumours are very rare in children. Hormone secretion is a rule and virilisation is the most common presentation of these rare tumours. An infant girl who presented with features of virilisation was diagnosed to have a huge left adrenal mass on imaging. The girl underwent left adrenalectomy and was proven to be adrenocortical carcinoma.
