Abstract
The introduction of a knowledge management system at a company is a complicated task that requires considerable expenditures of time and money. However, if successful, the company gains a solid competitive advantage, since it becomes able to rapidly respond to changing conditions in the business segment where it operates. In this article, the features of the knowledge management system development at the nuclear industry enterprises are considered as in the case of “Rosatom” State Atomic Energy Corporation. The critical phases and the best practices of introducing the knowledge management system in nuclear industry are identified.
