Abstract
In this Global era, organizations need to take care of their human resources and create a work culture that represents total quality. So global managers face the challenging task of managing multi-cultural workforce in their organizations. International business scenario today also demands understanding the culture and different sub-cultures of global nations for their successful functioning. Thus the study of the components of establishing a total quality work culture has immense significance and relevance in the present business scenario.
