Abstract
The article presents a review of international literature on the possibility of prevention of pre-eclampsia in high-risk women. The data of recent randomized trials and meta-analyses are provided. The options for preventive therapy are discussed. Comparative data on the effectiveness of antiplatelet agents in high-risk groups are presented. The practicability of the use of low-dose antiplatelet therapy from 12 weeks of pregnancy for the prevention of preeclampsia is confirmed.
