MAIN PRINCIPLES OF WORD FORM MODIFICATION

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of phonetic language stock (bank) which has its own specific peculiarities: in the case of word transition from one language or dialect to another, all their forms change according to the specific principles. The author brings as an example the Indo-European family of languages where ancient word form changes can be seen, and shows that all the existing languages follow these mentioned principles. The scientists must pay a special attention to the principles of defining the etymology of borrowings.
