FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT OF SPEECH OF LAWYERS IN MODERN CULTURE DURING THE FORMATION OF THE SOCIAL STRUCTURE

The paper discusses the essence of the speech culture of lawyers. The author examines the basic pro- visions of the culture and speech culture. It revealed that the level of proficiency of speech culture depends on the successful socialization of the person in modern conditions of life transforming. From the point of view of the author, speech culture specialist in the field of law is respect for language and speech, and this is an indica- tion of respect for the laws of the country as a whole.
