Abstract
Analysis of energy saving heat flow barriers, based on the theory of Fourier and approved DBN "Thermal insulation of buildings' postulates: - a constantive thermal resistance; - the closure of the layers of crossed flow between the surfaces do; - about the only source in the forming energy transfer testifies about the limitations of maintenance of the set temperature inner surface only at the expense of capital expenditures is given in the paper. Modernization of existing heat transfer through the fence is needed. applications are incorporated into the DBN that take into account the energy consumption of mobile media, forming flows in the insulating sheath during use. There are no guidelines and methodologies for the design of mobile layers supporting surface temperatures. Working with mobile and closed environment does not deny their cooperation in the regulatory systems. This stimulates the identification of new features to achieve the goals of evolutionary modernization of the regulatory system under the costs of content-temperature conditions in the operation of the fence.
