The statistics for data analyses were mean, standard deviation and tested the hypotheses by t-test (Independent Samples). The results of the study revealed that implementing “Iddhipada 4” in all aspects and each aspect in student-centered learning management by the primary teachers as a whole was at a more level except for Shantha aspect which was at the most level. And when taking their gender, educational level, and teaching experience into account, it showed at a more level, except for Viriya aspect of the females which was at the most and Shanta aspect of those with teaching experience of both was at the most level as well. When those by the primary teachers classified in gender, educational level and teaching experience were compared, it appeared that they were not different except for all 4 aspects under the females which was higher than those of the males at the level of .05 statistical significance.
