Abstract
The focus of this research is to devise and analyse Expert Based learning Methodology and further compare its impact and benefits with the traditional academic learning. In order to realise this, review and comparative analyses of adaptive learning environments has been done. The intersection and combination of the insights from the reviewed and analysed concepts have been used to Develop Mobile Expert Learning Knowledge Management System. The expected impact is in improving learning knowledge transfer and performance and this system to open the doors for the community, who are interested in self learning and accessibility in real time and without constrains in time of delivery of content. Also contribution of the study is the PMQ (Performance Measurement Questionnaire) that is used for evaluating not only learning but also for developing performance measures.
