Abstract
The laboratory of live food at the Universidad de Cordoba carried out a study on microalgaes Actinocyclus normanii, Cyclotella gromerata y Neodelphyneis pelagica. Two differents culture media (F/2 de Guillar & Rither, y CONWAY), at 5 ml and 250 ml, were used and analyzed to determine the influence of temperature, salinity and airing on growth kinetics and productivity. All experiments were performed under controlled conditions (24 oC and salinity 25-30 0 / 00 ). Size, cellular density and growth rate (k) were recorded every six (6) hours. The results show that growth of biomass was highly influenced by culture medium and laboratory conditions, registering 267214,1 ± 277,77 cel.ml-1; 1606117 ± 69686,7 cel.ml 1 y 2735703 ± 49180,8 cel.ml-1 for each diatom respectably for maximum biomass productivity , making this specie highly viable in aquaculture for nutritive purposes.
