MANAGEMENT OF EXPENSES AT THE SMALL INNOVATIVE ENTERPRISES

The transition to the market relations raising conditions of uncertainty of existence of the entity in external environment stirs up innovative activities. The innovative entities are not so successful in Russia as foreign that is caused by a number of factors, one of which is cost management. In modern conditions of the high competition any management decision shall have an economic case. In the western practice there is a set of the methods of management of costs suitable for various situations. Therefore relevance is caused by the importance of cost management for functioning of the innovative entity that leads to creation of a complex management system of costs for the innovative entities to increase efficiency of their activities in the domestic market. The practical importance of research consists in development of a control algorithm of costs, based on stages of a goods lifecycle.
