ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION IN THE COMPETITIVE SPECIALIST

This article describes the issues of the need for additional vocational training to improve competitiveness in the labor market. Institution of higher education is a basic and important steps in the chain of continuous education. The authors identified the main problems of implementation of additional professional education and suggests some ways to improve the quality within the framework of continuing professional education.
