The article deals with the practice of implementation of the Federal Law "About contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs". The authors note that the law takes into account a progressive international experience and positive domestic practice of the public procurement. As a result, outlined the positive and negative aspects of the procurement system.
