Abstract
Corruption this article discusses two approaches. Despite the severity of both approaches, the basic concept of corruption is not removed part of the responsibility for the Commission of wrongful acts. Wine is expected from the participation of the person in the process. The article does not carry any legal norms, but at the same time reveals which way can develop corruption.
