Abstract

In this article the author analyzes the changes in the Russian legislation on insolvency, regulating the legislative grounds for the arbitration administrator suspension in the case of bankruptcy. In the study the author reveals the presence of overlapping legal statements and the inconsistency of separate regulations on the matter. As a result, the author makes suggestions for improving the current legislation.
