Abstract
With the increasing requirements of building safety in the past few decades, healthy monitoring and risk assessment of structures is of mo re and more importance. Especially since traffic loads are heavier, risk Assessment for bridges are essential. In this paper we take advantage of Monte Carlo Methods to analysis the safety of bridge and monitoring the destructive risk. One main goal of hea lth monitoring is to reduce the risk of unexpected damage of artificial objects
