Abstract
A 2 months old female child with Nesidioblastosis was treated by 95 pancreatectomy. The baby presented with jitteriness due to hyperinsulinic hypoglycaemia and was treated medically. As the child was not able to be managed medically pancreatectomy was done. The infant remained euglycemic postoperatively. Recovery was uneventful
