A Case report - Gasto Omental free flap for reconstruction of Pharyngolaryngectomy defect

56 year old male patient presented with a growth in the glottis extending upto epiglottis. Onco surgeon did the composite resection with radical neck dissection after pre-operative radiotherapy. We did Gastro omental free flap to reconstruct the Pharyngo-laryngectomy defect. Postoperative recovery was good. Endoscopy and video fluoroscopy were done on 5th and 10th post-operative day, which showed healthy flap mucosa, patent lumen, and normal deglutition.
