Maximization of enterprise’s value as a result of effective human resource management

Abstract

The necessity of identifying the main parameters of the enterprise’s value is determined. It is substantiated that the main criterion for the efficiency of the enterprise’s activity is to maximize value. The internal and external factors of the enterprise’s value are overviewed. The main stakeholders in the formation of value are investors, managers, staff, suppliers, consumers, society. The article focuses on the main factor that has an impact on the volume of enterprise’s value which is an effective HR-management. The mechanism of calculation of the value is considered. It is created by the enterprise for the staff. The characteristics of effective HR-management are grounded. The necessity of the value thinking management formation is determined. The base of dependence between the maximization of the value and HR-management is grounded. The necessity of indicators system for estimation of personnel impact on enterprise’s value is proved.
