Abstract
Marriage is a definite circumstance with which the law connects the rights and duties, i.e. legal fact.It is well known that the subject of a legal fact are the economic and moral attitudes. Russian legislation provides for two modes of marital property: joint property and is negotiable. In addition, this article discusses the cases of annulment of marriage.
