The article analyses the role of the coordinating conjunctions as a means of communication components of text components on the basis of one of the works of People's writer of Mordovia K.G. Abramov, notes that they combine adjacent text components in one semantic and syntactic uniformity, more clearly establishing semantic relations between them.
