SOME ASPECTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENCES IN THE ACTIVITIES OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

The article deals with the concept and essence of the administrative offense, as well as the specifics of the educational institutions in the light of the provisions of the Code of Administrative Offences, analyze jurisprudence of the district courts of the city of Omsk Omsk Region for 2014, 2015 and 2016. As a result of the conclusion of the most problematic aspects in the activities of educational institutions of Omsk, in terms of their compliance with the rules of administrative law.
