ON SOME PROBLEMS ARISING IN PRACTICAL ACTIVITIES EMPLOYEES OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES (POLICE) IN THE PREPARATION PROTOCOL ON ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSE

The article is devoted to problems arising in practical activities of police officers in drawing up protocols on administrative offences due to the imperfections of the current administrative and tort legislation. The authors have made concrete proposals for the optimization of the administrative code of the Russian Federation in the part concerning the content of the Protocol on administrative violation and order its publication.
