The development of competition that accompanies market processes, deterioration in the terms of economic development, the crisis increased the number of companies that have gone through and are included in the bankruptcy proceedings. The current financial and economic and institutional conditions in Russia cause the particular causes and consequences of the bankruptcy of industrial enterprises.
