On the Issue of the Education and Science Innovation Development Process in Ukraine

Abstract
Problem setting. Education belongs to the most important areas of public policy of Ukraine. The state comes from the fact that education ? a strategic resource of socio-economic, cultural and spiritual development of society, improving people’s welfare, national interests and strengthening the international prestige and create a positive image of our country, creating the conditions for self-realization of each individual. Target of research. The aim of this work is researching problems in the course of innovative development of education and science, and formulation of proposals to solve these problems. Analysis of resent researches and publications. Innovative processes in education and science considered in scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists V. Andrushchenko, G. Balyhina, L. Vashchenko, L. Danilenko, S. riveting Korzhenko V., V. Kremen, S. Nikolaenko, A. Alex, V. Palamarchuk, I. Pidlasoho, N. Ponomarev, Boris Smirnov, S. Hatkevych and others. Article’s main body. The main problems that hinder innovation processes today in the system of education and science of Ukraine is that it ?lacks universally accepted concept of innovation development. Innovation processes are carried out without a thorough analysis of the innovation processes that occur in the world, uncertainty instruments of influence on their development. Existing laws and normative acts to conduct innovative activities do not provide it to the relevant legal framework and did not give a positive impetus for ?birth? innovation?. It should be noted also that in Ukraine, poorly developed system of postgraduate education, it does not provide in accordance with the requirements of innovative development of continuous professional updating of all working members of society. To increase the skill level in Ukraine spent much less time than in developed innovative societies.
