Abstract
The search for effective treatments for surgical patients, the desire to reduce the risk of postoperative complications, shorten the length of stay in the hospital led to the formation of the concept of ERAS (early rehabilitation after surgery). ERAS- modern, multimodal, perioperative approach to the treatment of surgical patients. The positive results of the implementation of ERAS concept in surgical practice necessitated the modernization of the traditional approach to surgical care. On the basis of clinical emergency hospital Ryazan was conducted on 438 patients ERAS program.
