ATTITUDE OF HEADS OF ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS TOWARDS POSDCORB IN REFERENCE TO EXPERIENCE

The present study was aimed out the difference between the attitudes of heads of academic institutions towards POSDCORB in reference to length of experience. Hypothesis of no significant difference between the attitudes of heads of academic institutions towards POSDCORB in reference to length of experience were formulated for the study. Researchers followed the descriptive survey method to carry out the study. Stratified random sampling was followed by researchers to select sample of 90 heads from the three (Ajmer, Jaipur and Jodhpur) divisions of Rajasthan state and after statistical analyze and interpretation of data with the help of f-test; the researchers drew out the conclusions, though there were no significant differences in the attitude of heads of academic institutions towards POSDCORB according to their length of experience and in each dimension wise also.
