THE INTERACTION OF FEDERAL AND REGIONAL EXECUTIVE AUTHORITIES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS

This article is devoted to investigation of constitutional-legal aspects of interaction between Federal and regional Executive authorities in the Russian Federation. This work is of great scientific interest and importance due to the fact that the Executive power in Russia shall serve as the basis of the system of public administration. And optimization of processes of functioning of Federal and regional levels of Executive power directly depends on the efficiency of the state apparatus as a whole.The study used several scientific methods of research: historical-legal; formal logic; analysis; statistics.
