FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR PRIVATE PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF OMSK REGION UNDER THE FEDERAL LAW "ON EDUCATION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION"

This article discusses the state support of private preschool educational institutions in the form of financial security - subsidies on the basis of the action of the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation." Considered in detail the process of registration and the conditions for obtaining grants, grounds for refusal of the state, as well as obligations on the part of private pre-school educational organizations for the use of cash.
