THE FORMATION OF THE STUDENTS-TEACHERS PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES BY MEANS OF INDEPENDENT WORK (BASED ON THE METHODICAL DISCIPLINES)

The article highlights the types of independent work of students and educators, aimed at formation of professional competences of students on the material of methodological disciplines (selection and analysis of pedagogical and methodological literature, presentation of results in abstract form, report, message, essay, etc.; development and protection of summaries of lessons, extra-curricular subject activities, programs, elective courses and elective courses, methodological and didactic support of individual topics of the school course, sections etc.; the development of a programme of cultural and educational work and cultural and educational events; writing term papers and final qualifying works; a presentation at scientific-practical conference, publishing in a scientific works digest), held their comparison with the set of professional competences provided by the GEF IN; structured methods of assessing professional competence of students-teachers, developed a system of criteria for their evaluation: the formation of motivational-value attitude to professional education, the ability to use professional knowledge and skills in the workforce, the ability to assessment reflexively and remedial activities.
