Abstract
In the article the problems associated with optimizing the competitiveness of projects in strategic synergy process is investigated. It is analyzed on the example of the enterprise to optimize the impact factor of competitiveness in the managerial decision-making. The methods of assessing the feasibility of continuing the innovative project.
