Abstract
Dynamics of scientific, technological and innovative development of economy of Ukraine was evaluatetd. Factors and trends in the changing of development level in the sector of science and technologies were determined. Results of comparative analysis of positions of Ukraine and other countries, in particular Poland, in the sphere of innovative activity were made. Resent problems and developed proposals according to adjustment of state innovation policy were discovered.
