Abstract
Carcinoma endometrium rarely presents with metastasis to bone. We report an unusual presentation of carcinoma endometrium with sternal metastasis. It is rare to have sternal or other bony metastasis in carcinoma endometrium, which is more likely to arise from lung or breast primaries in women. The disease heralds a bad prognosis as per the available literature. We conclude that in case of metastasis from unknown primary site in women possibility of a gynaecologic malignancy should also be kept in differential diagnosis, especially if the usual primary sites of malignancy have been ruled out.
